Pre-production quality control:

1. Materials Warehouse & Initial Quality Control

All components undergo functional testing before entering production.

Quality Check #1: Water resistance, material integrity, and functional tests performed on incoming components.

2. Input Quality Control (IQC)

Components undergo specific testing tailored to their materials and function.
Quality Check #2: 100% of components visually inspected. Unqualified batches returned to suppliers.

3. Assembly in Dust-Free Environment

All critical assembly steps take place in our specialized dust-free environment.

• Dial Assembly

Special procedures for solar dials with additional processing steps

• Hand Setting

Automated and manual processes with extra care for chronograph watches

• Case Assembly

Thorough dust removal before insertion into case

• Crown & Case Back Installation

Specialized room for stem adjustment; screw-in backs for higher water resistance

4. Function & Performance Testing

Rigorous testing to ensure reliable performance and durability.

Quality Check #3: Initial functional testing and visual inspection
Quality Check #4: 24-hour continuous monitoring for timekeeping accuracy
Special Process for Solar Watches: 48-72 hour light exposure testing

5. Water Resistance Testing

All watches rated at 5ATM or higher undergo specialized water resistance testing.

• Vacuum testing (air leakage detection)

• Direct water testing for ultimate verification

6. Final Assembly, QA & Packaging

Final strap assembly, comprehensive quality assurance check, and secure packaging.

Quality Check #5: Final Quality Control (FQC) before shipping to ensure every watch meets our standards
